ONE DAY AT A TIME … Are you at the point in your life that making choices to eliminate some of the chaos you might be feeling could help to reduce some of the stress you have been coping with? There are the protest and the virus. Maybe it’s time to think about enjoying a little time out in nature, it might be just what the Doctor ordered. Doesn’t this picture look like the end of a perfect day?
As a psychic medium, my clients are telling me that they are concerns about having a little too much time on their hands, because of the inability to do some of the things they love. They are not having the distractions of going here and there, and it has them feeling a little crazy. Kids, partners, parents, and pets with their needs have them on overload. They are becoming concerned about their future because things have the appearance of being out of control and having a great deal of uncertainty. Their concerns may be valid only time will tell. They worry about family or friends catching the Coronavirus, and what about jobs that may or may not exist when we return to whatever the new normal will be. Well if you are looking for some direction, I personally feel as though one day at a time is your answer, and with so many unknown variables staying calm and focused is the key. When you start your day take a deep breath and remind yourself, that today is the only day you will be allowing your mind to focus on. Because if you focus and build from today, tomorrow will have a better outcome.
